Joe Riley
Joe Riley, the author of Ghosts of Kilrush, has had a varied career including jobs with British Rail and playing guitar in rock ‘n roll bands in Liverpool in the early 1960’s. He later became a nurse, nursing teacher and Director of Nursing in a various posts in England, the Middle East and Australia. Joe now lives in Manila, Philippines, where he operates TIC, a computer services company. His website is here.
